Youth Social Development Programs are an exciting interactive programming that helps teens ages 13 and older to recognize their full potential as productive citizens in our community. Through the program members will participate in a variety of activities such as (but not limited to) homework tutoring, job skills training, conflict resolution, computer technology support, college prep, and learning the secrets to success! Participants are also working on a project geared toward teaching them the fundamentals of making a difference in our community.

Programming is also designed to give teens an opportunity to have safe social interactions and meet new people in a safe environment. Additionally, our program is unique in that we offer teens the opportunity to develop “youth-led” activities in order to help them develop the skills of becoming a leader. We encourage our teens to come up with ideas for activities for them to participate in and also lead. Teens involved in the program will learn the facets of Leadership through activities designed to help them become more aware and willing to deal with the issues and risk factors in our community.
