The Workforce Development Program is comprehensive job readiness training, job placement, case management and job retention program for individuals facing extreme barriers to employment, i.e. re-entry, poor work history, lack of education, and poor communication abilities or unemployed and under-employed. The program designed to equip individual participants with the necessary skills to effectively locate, compete for and ultimately gain and retain employment. Job Training includes, but is not limited to Resume Development, Interviewing Skills, Life Skills, Employment Application Completion, Skills Inventory, Interest Inventory, and Communication in the Workplace.
